I currently have a problem with DOS, and I'm a complete
n00b (which will become apparent as I explain my problem!) maybe one of you can give me some tips?
I have Windows Vista, and I am trying to run some really old DOS games (commander keen, duke nukem etc)
I've downloaded DosBox since I know that vista doesn't run DOS.
However, I can't seem to get SETUP.exe on the games to work.
I'm not sure if it's just not possible to get games this old to work on Vista, or if I'm doing something wrong?
If this is in the wrong spot, please feel free to move it.
Try this
1. Right Click on the game icon ( NOT SHORTCUT )
2. Hit Properties
3. Click the compatibility tab
4. Tick the box , where it sais Run this program in compatibility for
5. Try the numerous options XP , 95 , 2000 etc
6. But for now click XP
7. Under Privelege Level
8. Tick the box Run as Administrator.
Try that and report back if that doesent work
we will try another soloution.

Ringtone Transfer Problem
I'm trying to figure out how to transfer a ringtone from my computer to my cell phone - Samsung sch-500r. I don't have a bluetooth, and I don't see any where to plug in a cable of any sort. I do have a slot for a SD card - and I can transfer ringtones to it, but they go in as "music" and I cannot get them as a ringtone on the phone. As far as downloading directly to my phone, I don't have a data package included in my plan and find it cost prohibitive to have it since this will probably be a one time thing - if I can ever get it to work. Without the data package, our provider (CellCom) said the fees are astronomical. Any ideas?
A USB data cable (around 10 - 20 bucks) may be what you're after.

2 x 2Gb sticks
(assuming the speeds are the same)
What is the better memory to have:?
and your system /MOBO can take it,
2 x 2Gb sticks,
[and you have them,]
it leaves room in the ram slots for you to upgrade to more ram at a later date,
